Return Policy
At Memzing.com, we work hard to ensure you’re always 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for our customers.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item(s) to request a return or exchange.
Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original accessories included.
We understand that sometimes customers may need to open accessories to determine whether they are suitable for their needs. However, please note that we may charge less than a 10% restocking fee for opened accessories, to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the product.
Refunds:
We do not charge any return fee, once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Return Shipping:
If the product is defective or if the customer received the wrong product(wrong style, product quality issue, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Should you want to return a product for any other reason (say, you don’t like/wanted the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), etc.), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product. This will ensure that your return is processed efficiently.
Please use a return shipping method that provides tracking information. This will ensure that we are able to track your package and confirm its delivery back to our warehouse.
Please note that we do not accept returns that have not been requested in advance.

Please note:
Items purchased on sale are final sales and cannot be returned for free, we will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total amount of the order. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking item(s).
Our return policy applies only to products purchased directly from our online store. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
