Shipment Upgrade Notice
We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for UK, FR, DE & CA customers!
From May. 11, 2019, customers can enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over USD$50 (shipping cost excluded) (it was FREE FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders over USD$49 before this upgrading). The order amount for free shipping has been increased due to the rise of shipping cost, which is out the consideration of providing better service and faster delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
*Please note:
1.The new shipping system takes effect from May.01 2:00 CDT, and the orders before this will still be shipped out with our old shipping system. Practically, we ensure 95% of the orders delivered in time. For some remote places, it may take a bit longer.
2.All packages have specific tracking information.

1.Shipping From Europe Warehouse to European countries: 3-6 business days.

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Processing
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 48 hours. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 3-10 business days depending on stock availability.
NOTE: For some handmade products, they may take longer than normal.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.

Tracking Your Order
For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
We highly recommend that customers purchase a shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.

In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs. if unfortunately, your order needs to clear customs tax, and you need to make a payment other, please contact us directly first.
