1. Can you pack my order as a gift?
We pack every order as a gift. If you need us to attach a text card, contact our official email and inform us of your needs.

2. Where the items are dispatched from?
Our warehouses are in California and the items are shipped here.

3. When will I receive my items after I place an order?
This depends on where you are located. The shipping time to the US is about 7-15 working days and to other areas is about 10-20 working days.

4. What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
Contact our official email and inform us. You can choose to return or exchange!

5. Is there any additional fee or tax?
Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).

6. What delivery companies do you use?
We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL, UPS, USPS, Postal Mail, etc.

7. How do I track my order status?
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number and a tracking link for your package.

8. Why is my tracking number invalid?
The tracking information is normally updated after 2-3 business days following dispatch.

9. How soon will I receive a refund?
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 48hours, once the refund is approved by our customer service representatives.

10. How can I use the coupon codes?
For every order, you may apply only one available coupon. You can subscribe to us and get the latest coupon codes. It is easy to redeem, after adding to the shopping cart and checkout, select one valid and available coupon code in the Choose a Coupon area. You can see that when placing the order.

11. Why the machine can not be connected or cannot be searched by phone ?
When you are connecting the machine, please make sure the network your phone is using is 2.4GHz, not 5GHz. After the machine is connected, you can switch back to 5GHz.

12.What kind of cat litter should I use ?
Mix litter and tofu litter are preferred, also the smaller, the better.

13.Why is the sand leaking out from the mouth of the garbage box when replacing garbage bag?
Please press the “Clean” for more than 2s, then the litter bin will rotate to the bag-changing angle to ensure that the mouth of the bag is upward when replacing. 

14.Why the barrel don't stop rotating when the cat is approaching ?
The infrared sensor is closed by default. You can open it by app or hold "clean"+"replace litter" for more than 2 seconds.

15.Is it difficult to change the waste bags?
It's very easy to change the waste bag, please remember to adjust the waste bin to the bag changing angle to avoid content in it spilling out.

16.Is the waste bin big ? Will it prompt when the waste bin is full ?
The waste bin has a capacity of 9 L, which is typically large enough for most cats for more than a week. When the waste bin is nearing its full capacity, the full lamp will be on, and you can also calibrate the waste bin notification prompt in the app. This will help ensure that you are always aware of when it's time to empty the waste bin.

17.It needs 2.4g or 5g network ? Is the app connection difficult ?
It requires a 2.4g wifi to connect to the network first, after connection, the phone can switch to 5g network.
